The oenologistsA wine taster first and foremost, the oenologist possesses vast general knowledge in the areas of wines and spirits.According to their profiles, the profession of oenologist may involve quite different activities.

Liquid quality manager He provides his expertise for all operations concerning the purchase or evolution of equipment in the cellar or bottling unit as well as for oenological products.

CellarmanDevoted to the preparation of wine, his overall task is to produce and oversee the wines or spirits in the cellar. After acceptance of the lorries on arrival, he monitors the quality control management carried out in the laboratory. Once this step has been approved, he looks after the unloading of the lorries (industrial volumes) and then ensures that the specifications are followed with regard to assembling and maturing the wines in the cellar.
He works in a strict food health and safety environment with reference to the quality charter applicable within the GCF group.

Machine operatorWithin the GCF Group, bottling units are made up of equipment such as: depalletisers, rinsing, filling and corking machines, labellers, automatic palletisation, stretch wrapping machines... offering numerous possibilities for progress.
A machine operator on the automated bottling line generally has a technical profile. Depending on the position, first-level knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, fluids and maintenance are required to carry out the job.
Through his commitment to this approach, the machine operator plays an active role in the entire quality process associated with the GCF Group’s strategy.

Sales assistantAt the crossroads between the customer and the company’s different departments, (s)he is responsible for customer satisfaction while ensuring the administrative and commercial tracking of their orders, along a set sales pipeline. (S)he must be able to coordinate each request according to the stock status (ensuring procurement).
This sedentary position requires fluency in at least one foreign language for the “Export” positions (usually English or German) along with good knowledge of office IT tools. |
